O ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a da UE, de dezembro passado, marcou um antes e um depois, ao reconhecer a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o dos bancos de devolverem ao cliente todos os encargos adicionais sobre hipotecas com cl\u00e1usula de piso abusivo.
